I was luck enough to have William as a salesperson, and he was excellent to work with. He was incredibly professional instead of being overly aggressive or pushy trying to force a sale. On top of that, he was genuinely funny and kept the atmosphere light & comfortable. Straightforward process from start to finish. Cooperative, communicative, and no pressure tactics. I reserved a new car well ahead of its delivery to the dealership, and I was provided with weekly ETA updates until its arrival. Most communication until pickup day was done by text message/email with prompt responses. Thank you to Starlyn, and also to Chelsea the sales manager. The experience was worth driving across the state for.
