I came to Gale Toyota without much hope when my van broke down on my way to work. The service department was courteous and did everything to help me with the repair. When that did not work out, they connected me with the company across the street who purchased the van quickly and efficiently. We then were introduced to a wonderful salesman named Derrick. He was friendly, professional and found us a vehicle worth going for. He walked us through the process, remained courteous and attentive, and kept our time at the dealership minimal as we have children. He ensured he got approved, got us connected with financing and had the vehicle ready for pick up when it was all set. He helped subvert a few minor issues along the way as well which saved time. Derrick and everyone and Gale Toyota were amazing. We are loyal customers now.
