We had a great experience yesterday at Gale Toyota. Met with Paul to look at a few different used cars for my teens. He was very helpful but not pushy at all. Ended up purchasing a 2009 Camry. The buying process was smooth and seamless and we were out of their with our car within a couple hours. We would definitely buy from Gale again in the future.

Chris was our sales person has been terrfic right from the start of our buying process he has been informative professional and kind he always kept us informed through our purchase process from beginning to end. We traveled 2 hours each time and due to traffic issues was not on time, But Chris always stayed and always insured us not to worry to drive safe and when we arrived always was kind and professional never made us feel uncomfortable he was always great would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle .Also Ben the finance manager was also great he was patient and pleasant in explaining all the paperwork and even gave us some pointers making the whole finance process easy and comfortable for myself and my husband. I had a fantastic experience over the last week at the dealership with everyone I interacted with; from sales to finance, and even all the way to the delightful lady who handled taking all the payment types (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). My first phone contact was with Yaritza who took the time to see what was available that met my requirements. Once I went into the dealership, Nick took the time to find and get a vehicle prepped to test drive that helped finalize my decision on my chosen car. He gave me a call as soon as he knew it would arrive so I could pick it up as soon as possible (four days early!). He then took the time to go through every detail about the car and its features, which I very much appreciated because I was going from a very old basic car to a new one with all the bells and whistles. He didn’t rush me off even though I know he had another appointment coming (I’m sorry to whomever you were that waited!!). Ben was also wonderful, and very good at his job. 😂 I heard every detail about the various warranty extensions and maintenance packages that will actually ensure I keep up with it (I admit I’m not good about it), and finding a combination that worked for me without any add ons that I really didn’t need. Throughout the process he wasn’t pushy or aggressive and although I was determined not to get the added protection, I felt extremely happy with the package I ended up going with and the value it provided for my peace of mind. If you’re looking for extra entertainment, ask about his dogs. lol. I appreciate everything and I’m extremely happy with both my experience and my new car! -Kate
