The service department provides unmatched honesty and transparency. I’ve taken our vehicles here for all of our services the past few years. They never upsell or pressure you. Most recently, they had my car for half a day to diagnose an issue and since they couldn’t replicate it they didn’t charge me. Always friendly and kind and always listening and knowledgeable. My most recent service advisor was Raymond, and he was fantastic. Highly recommend this dealership.

Our family have purchased both a used and a new vehicle at Gale in the last 6 months and was the process was fairly easy. The sales staff, Nick Joren in particular, were friendly and super helpful. He understood our needs and helped get us the cars we wanted. He kept us updated on the process throughout and we are very happy with both vehicles. We have worked with Gale Toyota for the past 14 years and have not been disappointed in either the sales or service departments. Highly recommend this dealership.
