They Overcharged for registration fees . A dealership like all the others . We are all trying to survive.

My experience was absolutely horrible all the staff ended up to be by far the worst people all in one building from sales to finance Terrible! If I could give zero stars I would. stay as far away from this place as possible. Trust this review!! I wonder why the GM keeps taking down my review are only good reviews welcome? Dominick I would love to respond to your comical response but what's the sense it will just be deleted anyway.but I will say you never said not one of those things to me please stop you sound ridiculous in fact you told me to drive it until my warranty kicks in remember that? you lack decency and have no morals.it is Crazy how you now respond when the DMV and the BBB are now involved let's see how long this stays up?!?

I like to give credit where credit is due. After an unfortunate and unpleasant experience buying our new car and expressing our frustration to the dealership- Paul, Chelsea, Dominic and the team at Gale Toyota worked really hard to rectify the situation and ensure that we were able to get the exact car we wanted. They kept us in the loop regularly and followed through on everything they said they would do. I would recommend buying a Toyota from their dealership.
